Why the reports are not up to date in Matomo Cloud?
Most** of the reports in your Matomo dashboard need to be processed: the raw data must be enriched into aggregate data (report data).
This is a scheduled event. How often are Matomo Cloud Reports processed? Reports which include “today” are updated as follows:
1. “Today” reports are updated every 6 hours
2. “Today” reports for segments are processed within 6 hours after the next day. This means segments reports for “Today” are not available. Only for the previous day.
3. “This week” and “This month” reports are updated every 12 hours (processed twice a day)
4. “This year” reports are processed once a day.
5. Reports for “finished” days and periods should be available within 1-4 hours after the day is finished.
**In the entire dashboard one report is live (Visitors >> Visits Log) and four reports are nearly live (several seconds latency): Realtime Visitors, Realtime Forms, Realtime Media, and Realtime Crashes, all visible in the Navigation Menu of the dashboard.
