The Financial Accountant will primarily be responsible for the smooth running of the day to day financial operations of the Company; including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, and budget preparation.

Whilst you will report directly to the Finance Manager, you will also be part of the wider Operations Team, working with our People and Culture Lead, Talent Manager, and Remote Office Manager. We take pride in being a high performing team that supports each other and enjoys a good laugh!

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  •  
  • 2+ years experience with accounting in New Zealand
  • CA (or equivalent) qualification
  • Experienced with Xero accounting software
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and hit deadlines

This role is 100% remote however the candidate must be in New Zealand
